Description:
When the shapes have a composition that sort of creates a tower. Usually the shapes are spheres, cubes and 3D rings. Nothing too complicated, but the bit that really sells it is in the lighting, textures and animation. This uses a lot of match cuts with movement to get your transitions.
Use: Use this to show abstract elements of something, this is so stupidly abstract that it is more about it being pretty than it really is about being a subject. To some extent though it is really about balance, in terms of composition, and the shapes themselves. Use it as an element or part of a motion graphic, or a technique to practice your skills.
