The style of the youtube explainer videos from Kurzgesagt. One sexy voice over, one well written video, one deep engaging topic, and lots of animations made in AE. A lot of the animations are character driven as there is a narrative. There’s a huge amount of rigs, and just lots and lots of high quality work. Style is hugely 2D illustrations, with a small amount of 3d elements. The style pulls strongly from flat design.
Use: It’s simple. Don’t follow this style, it’s so integrated into this channel that it's recognisable, take inspiration instead, just don’t replicate it. It’s already being milked.
