Description:

A pip! A simple technique of overlaying a video over another video. It's a very in your face kind of effect, that pushes you to focus on whatever pops up next. Can be used to show more than one concept, or to bring focus to a certain aspect of a product.

It is very commonly used in streaming these days where the person in stream is on a webcam in the corner, but that is a very different context to it as a motion graphic technique, it is worth mentioning however because the concept is the same, their streamer is bringing focus to them as much as whatever they're doing.

Use: Use this to show two different concepts at once. Much like splitting up the screen.
