Description:

A mograph weenie is when you use iconography, or structures associated with a skyline from a specific location so that your audience knows what location your motion graphic is based in. For example if you’re referring to London within your motion graphic, you’d use the London Eye, or the Gherkin, or Big Ben as these are all Iconography associated with the skyline in London.

I have named this a weenie, as it is a term that Walt Disney invented when he was designing theme parks. A weenie is a recognisable object in the skyline (usually within a theme park) which the guests can use as a reference point for meeting or heading towards, the Disney castle in pretty much every Disney theme park is a weenie as you can see it from pretty much anywhere in the park.

Use:  Use this to help establish a location to your audience and let them know that it is based in a certain location.
