It is the result of low attention spans and content creators doing the absolute most to keep viewers engaged with their videos. It is extremely in your face, and purposefully focused around the reaction of the subject Youtuber. Editing can include pop up words and typography, zooms, anime lines, close ups, cuts, camera tracking certain movements like hands, or heads, overlaid graphics. Get creative with what’s happening, someone reacts?, big it up. Something feels like it drags? Move on. It is solely focused around keeping the viewers attention and ruining their attention span that little bit more.
Use: Use this style for YouTube videos only. It’s awful, and lazy and very low budget quick fire eye grabbing content. But it draws in the views and keeps people watching which is why this style has developed, and is so commonly used.
